The Importance of Having a Will and Enduring Power of Attorney

In last month’s blog, we highlighted why having a Will and Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) is crucial for sole company directors and shareholders. We discussed a real-world case where the lack of these essential documents led to major challenges, both for the business and the personal estate. Issues ranged from business instability and tax complications to delays in estate administration.

Our blog covered how proper planning with a Will and EPA can help avoid family conflicts, safeguard your business interests, and ensure continuity should the unexpected happen.

Catch up on the full blog on our website to understand the important role of estate planning in protecting your legacy.
